Salary: CAD 105,000 - 120,000 / annual

As a Customer Engineer, you will lead technical onboarding for enterprise retailers and direct-to-consumer brands, serving as a bridge between customer business requirements and Narvar's platform capabilities. You will scope integration requirements, provide consultative guidance on API implementations, and ensure seamless deployment of solutions for top-tier clients.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Leading technical onboarding for enterprise retailers and innovative DTC brands
- Providing consultative guidance to maximize product value and customer success
- Translating customer business requirements into clear technical specifications
- Developing and validating solutions using APIs, JSON, CSS, HTML, and JavaScript
- Partnering cross-functionally with internal and external technical and business stakeholders
- Contributing to team growth through documentation, process improvements, and development of internal tools and training programs

Requirements:
- 3-7+ years of experience working on enterprise-level software projects as a technical lead
- Hands-on experience with web technologies including APIs, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; proficiency in JavaScript or related languages required
- Strong ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Bonus: Experience with iPaaS, retail and e-commerce platforms, order management systems (OMS), inventory management, WMS, TMS, supply chain, or logistics
