Linear is seeking a Creative Producer to manage creative projects across brand, marketing, and product launches. You'll work closely with Linear's internal creative studio (the Magic team) to bring creative work to life and ensure high-quality output ships on time.
In this role, you will manage creative projects from initial brief through production and delivery, keeping timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders aligned. You'll own the intake and coordination of creative requests across teams, helping prioritize work and allocate resources effectively. Working closely with the Creative Director, you'll plan projects, manage priorities, and keep the team's workload organized.
You'll coordinate designers, engineers, copywriters, and external collaborators to ensure smooth project progression. Collaboration with stakeholders across Marketing, Product, and other teams is essential to align on project goals, priorities, timelines, and deliverables. You'll maintain clear project documentation, timelines, and status updates to ensure visibility into ongoing work. Part of your role involves identifying potential blockers early, resolving dependencies, and continuously improving how the creative team operates.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of experience in creative production, project management, or similar role at a tech company, creative agency, or in-house studio
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
- Excellent communication skills and confidence working with creative teams and cross-functional stakeholders
- Proactive, self-directed approach with strong ownership and attention to detail
- Good creative judgment and appreciation for high-quality design and craftsmanship
- Experience working with designers, developers, and other creative disciplines
- Bonus: Background in design or hands-on experience with creative tools and workflows
