Flow is reimagining residential and commercial real estate through a technology platform and operations ecosystem spanning condominiums, hotels, multifamily residences, and office spaces. The company is building flexible, connected communities centered on resident experience and genuine connection. We are expanding our legal team and seeking a Corporate and Commercial Counsel to serve as a true business partner. This role offers broad corporate generalist exposure at a high-growth startup, anchored in corporate and commercial work while touching brand, advertising compliance, real estate, landlord-tenant operations, and permitting. Key Responsibilities: - Structure, draft, review, analyze, negotiate, and interpret a wide range of commercial agreements including vendor agreements, construction and design agreements, events agreements, and marketing agreements - Partner closely with business teams to align legal strategy with business strategy - Support corporate aspects of business transactions, including drafting corporate consents, assisting with post-closing integration - Maintain complex corporate structure across Florida, Delaware, and international subsidiaries, including drafting written consents, officer certificates, board resolutions, and maintaining entity org charts - Coordinate with outside counsel on product and regulatory matters as needed - Advise on operational legal issues across the business, including lease compliance and property-level matters Requirements: - 2–4 years' experience in general corporate or ECVC work in biglaw, or similar corporate and commercial in-house experience at a high-growth or venture-backed company - Comfortable with multi-entity corporate structures and subsidiary governance - Ability to own work end-to-end and grow with a company, not just execute tasks - Strong written and oral communication skills - Admitted and in good standing with the state bar in Florida or New York
