Salary: USD 140,000 - 165,000 / annual

Voyager Technologies is seeking a Contracts Manager to lead contract strategy, negotiation, and execution across a portfolio of commercial and government-facing programs in the space, defense, and national security sector. You will own the full contract lifecycle from RFP through proposal, negotiation, award, execution, and closeout. You'll lead contract structuring and positioning to support favorable business outcomes, ensure documentation and compliance, and serve as the primary contractual point of contact with customers and partners. Your responsibilities include negotiating directly with primes, customers, and suppliers on terms, pricing structures, and changes. You will identify contractual, financial, and operational risks early and drive proactive mitigation strategies, evaluating scope risk, pricing exposure, and compliance/regulatory risk. You'll advise leadership with clear, actionable recommendations and support proposal and business development efforts by reviewing solicitations, shaping proposal strategy, and partnering with Finance and BD on pricing alignment. Compliance is critical: you'll ensure adherence to FAR/DFARS, ITAR/export controls, and internal policies, interpret clauses, ensure proper flowdowns to subcontractors and suppliers, and support readiness for CPSR and increased government scrutiny. You'll act as a true business partner across Programs, Engineering, Finance, and Legal, helping resolve contract issues quickly and keeping programs moving. The role reports to the Senior Director of Contracts and is based onsite in Littleton, CO with potential multi-site responsibility and travel as needed. **Requirements:** Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Contracts, or related field - 10+ years of experience in contracts - Strong experience with commercial fixed-price (FFP) contracts - Strong experience with FAR/DFARS (flowdowns required; prime experience preferred) - Demonstrated ability to negotiate complex agreements independently - Demonstrated ability to analyze and mitigate contractual risk - Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment Preferred: - Experience transitioning from commercial to government contracting environments - Professional certification (NCMA – CPCM/CCCM) - Experience with aerospace, defense, or advanced manufacturing
