inDrive is seeking a Consumer Research Specialist to drive marketing and product decisions across 47 countries through customer research and data-driven insights. You will partner with cross-functional teams to explore customer needs and business questions, independently manage research projects from conception through presentation, and synthesize quantitative and qualitative data to identify meaningful patterns and opportunities. Key Responsibilities: - Provide informational and research support for marketing and product initiatives, helping teams understand customer needs and solve business challenges. - Participate in tracking studies (BHT, CHURN) across multiple verticals including delivery and finance. - Conduct full-cycle ad-hoc research projects: define research approach with internal stakeholders, select appropriate methodology, brief external agencies or execute in-house research, manage project quality and timelines, and present findings with actionable recommendations. - Manage research using both DIY tools and external research agencies, including updating briefs, defining research design, controlling quality, and delivering analytical insights. - Create tools, analytics, and reporting when using DIY approaches (analytical notes or full reports). - Maintain an updated research repository with timely project documentation. - Analyze available quantitative and qualitative data, identify connections and trends, and answer business questions using previous research and external data sources. Requirements: - Higher education in Sociology, Statistics, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. - 2+ years of relevant experience in a research agency and/or on the client side. - Hands-on experience in quantitative research projects with strong understanding of both quantitative and qualitative research methods. - Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides. - Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills with ability to translate research findings into clear, actionable insights. - Advanced English (C1) proficiency, both written and spoken. Nice to Have: - Experience with SPSS, R, and/or Python. - Familiarity with AI tools for research, data analysis, and process automation. - Spanish language skills.
