eleQtron develops and operates full-stack quantum computers based on trapped-ion technology. As a Compiler Engineer, you will contribute to advancing the quantum compiler ecosystem, building technologies that enable efficient quantum program execution. You will work across compiler infrastructure, optimization, code generation, and developer tooling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain compiler infrastructure and software systems
- Build and optimize compiler and code generation for quantum applications
- Write, test, debug, and optimize production-quality code
- Implement optimization techniques and intermediate representations
- Contribute to the maintenance and evolution of the compiler software stack
- Collaborate with researchers, engineers, and product teams to deliver scalable compiler solutions
- Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making

Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Physics, Quantum Information Processing, or related technical field
- Experience in compiler engineering, systems programming, or infrastructure software development
- Hands-on experience developing compilers or developer tools
- Strong programming skills in C++, Python, and Rust
- Understanding of compiler design, optimization, and intermediate representations
- Familiarity with LLVM, MLIR, QIR, or related compiler frameworks
