Lendbuzz is seeking a Collections Recovery Coordinator to serve as a key liaison between the company and its legal vendors, repossession agencies, and internal compliance teams. This role is central to managing the recovery process for accounts referred for legal action and repossession.
In this position, you will manage legal file preparation and coordinate with third-party legal vendors and repossession agencies to ensure timely and efficient account resolution. You'll maintain regular oversight of accounts in legal proceedings, communicate with vendors to track progress against timeline benchmarks, and escalate complex situations to internal legal and compliance departments as needed. The role requires establishing reporting frameworks, monitoring key performance indicators, and analyzing core metrics to optimize recovery outcomes.
You'll handle administrative functions including daily account portfolio management, vendor communication, and coordination across multiple stakeholders. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities are essential, as is the capacity to hold external partners accountable to agreed timelines and service standards.

Requirements:
- 2–4+ years of experience in auto finance, legal recovery, loss mitigation, paralegal support, or high-volume collections
- Direct background working with third-party legal vendors, outside counsel, or repossession agencies (preferred)
- Previous work in skip tracing and collections, preferably in the automotive industry
- Strong communication skills to manage external legal partners, push for updates on pending litigation, and hold vendors accountable
- Outstanding customer service, communication, and organizational skills
- High level of integrity and strong sense of teamwork with ability to work independently
