As a Client Operations Representative, you will be a core member of the Operations Team managing the merchant lifecycle from lead assessment through post-activation support. Your responsibilities include assessing and routing incoming leads to appropriate teams, guiding merchants through onboarding and payment acceptance setup, promoting company services to potential merchants, and monitoring active merchant accounts to ensure seamless collaboration. You will maintain accurate client information in company systems, analyze account performance to identify growth opportunities, and serve as a key internal touchpoint coordinating across departments to support effective use of systems and processes. The role includes working with AI-powered tools in an AI-enhanced environment and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver excellent service.

**Requirements:**
- Experience monitoring and analyzing account performance to drive growth
- Strong interest in technology with desire to become a payments subject matter expert
- Ability to identify customer technical and commercial requirements and craft solutions
- Strong presentation skills, particularly over phone and video meetings
- Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with diverse teams
- Fluent in English and Italian
