Support due diligence, term sheet review, and closing processes. Own recurring financial reporting for key stakeholders, partnering with technology teams to automate where possible. Build and maintain relationships with banks, tax equity investors, and external capital partners.
**Strategy & Analytics (~25%):** Analyze market, competitor, and macroeconomic trends to inform financing and capital structure decisions. Contribute to board-level and executive materials connecting capital structuring work to broader growth strategy. Assess the company's future capital position and financing needs, incorporating legislative and regulatory considerations. Drive pricing initiatives across financing structures and capital products.
**Collaboration & Continuous Improvement:** Partner closely with FP&A, Treasury, and Accounting. Identify and implement improvements to capital markets and modeling processes. Anticipate needs of capital partners and internal stakeholders, proposing tailored solutions.
