Veeam Software, the Data and AI Trust Company, is seeking a C++ Developer to join the team working on file storage system backup solutions. You will develop high-performance, cross-platform software for Windows and Linux as part of a universal hybrid-cloud platform, with C++ as the primary language and opportunities to contribute to Go development.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop high-performance, cross-platform software using C++ 17 for the core engine
- Create sophisticated algorithms balancing performance, scalability, security, fault tolerance, upgrade, and maintenance requirements
- Develop multithreaded applications for efficient data processing within backup window intervals, including compression, encryption, and transfer of large data volumes
- Perform troubleshooting and bug fixing, including log analysis, process dump examination, and network traffic analysis to identify root causes

Note: Remote work is only available for employees permanently located in Poland.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of commercial development experience
- Strong knowledge of C++ 17 and STL
- Knowledge of multithreading, algorithms, and data structures
- Knowledge and experience with object-oriented programming principles
Bonus skills:
- Experience with Go
- Experience with Kubernetes
