Business Risk Manager (Operational Resilience)

Revolut is a global fintech company with 80+ million customers, offering products for spending, saving, investing, exchanging, and travel. The company is seeking an Operational Resilience Manager to join its Technology team and oversee the company's ability to withstand and recover from disruptions while ensuring continuity of critical operations and services. In this role, you will partner with service owners, Compliance, Risk, and service delivery teams to assess and build resilient operations. Key responsibilities include designing, implementing, and testing contingency plans such as business continuity plans, crisis management procedures, and scenario playbooks. You will provide oversight on group testing programmes, design complex failure scenarios, and create dashboards and indicators to monitor operational health. You'll support executives during crisis events to protect customers and the company, conduct lessons-learned activities following major incidents, and work closely with Product and Data teams to build a world-class resiliency function. Using data and quantitative analysis, you will understand business operations and implement resilience strategies. You will provide regular reports to senior management on business continuity initiatives and recommended improvements, monitor emerging risks and industry trends, and adapt resilience strategies to evolving threats and business needs. The role includes ensuring compliance with EU and French regulations. **Requirements:** - Bachelor's degree in business administration, risk management, or related field - 4+ years of experience in operational resilience, risk management, or business continuity within the financial industry - Experience implementing regulatory frameworks for operational resilience, including Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) and FCA PS21/3 - Solid understanding of regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices related to operational resilience and continuity planning - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills - Impeccable communication and stakeholder management skills - Proficiency in relevant tools and technologies used for risk assessment, resilience, and continuity planning **Nice to have:** - Basic SQL skills - Accreditation from the Business Continuity Institute - Experience using G-Suite and Google Cloud platforms
