In this Business Analyst role, you will drive customer profitability, improve gross margins, and optimize cost structures through data-driven insights. You'll work cross-functionally with Finance, Product, Go-To-Market, and Operations teams to translate complex financial and commercial data into actionable recommendations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Evaluating pricing initiatives and commercial strategies, modeling scenarios to optimize revenue generation and measure business impact
- Analyzing key drivers of customer profitability, margins, and cost of sales to identify efficiency and growth opportunities
- Performing in-depth analytical work to uncover trends and translate complex datasets into clear, practical recommendations
- Partnering with Data Engineering and analytics teams to define requirements and ensure efficient data models for commercial and financial reporting
- Building, maintaining, and enhancing BI dashboards and visualizations to keep critical metrics visible and actionable across teams
- Advocating for data-informed decision-making across the business and refining analytical processes

Requirements:
- Proven track record in Data or Business Analysis, ideally within a tech or SaaS environment
- Experience in finance, pricing, margin analysis, or payments is a plus
- Skilled in SQL, Google Sheets, and BI/visualization platforms (Omni, Tableau, Looker, or Power BI)
- Creative problem-solver with an inventive, resourceful approach to ambiguous data challenges
- Critical thinker able to break down complex commercial models and translate data into high-impact recommendations
- Effective communicator skilled at presenting insights to cross-functional stakeholders
- Detail-oriented and resilient, with thorough data accuracy and precision in calculations
