Viktor is an AI teammate product that lives in Slack and Microsoft Teams, connecting to thousands of tools and automating work across finance, marketing, ops, and engineering. The company is building a product designed to replace half the SaaS stack.
You will own the complete web presence and brand expression for Viktor. A new visual identity is being finalized by agency partners, and your role is to translate that into a living web system across viktor.com and all landing pages. You report directly to the CMO.
Key responsibilities:
- Own viktor.com end-to-end: homepage, pricing, comparison, integration, vertical, and SEO pages
- Translate the new brand identity into web-native typography, color, imagery, motion, and component systems
- Ship campaign, paid, launch, and partner microsites at a pace of several per week, maintaining brand consistency
- Build reusable templates to reduce landing page production time from weeks to days
- Own UX for signup flows, pricing pages, paywalls, and trial experiences (product team owns the app)
- Design and execute variants for marketing A/B tests
Success metrics include: a redesigned page live in the new identity within month one; full identity rollout across homepage, pricing, and top paid pages by month three; on-brand landing pages shipping in one day; measurable improvements in user feedback and conversion metrics.
You will work in a small, high-trust team with low process overhead. Decisions are made by owners, not committees. You ship your first week and talk to users your first day. The company emphasizes building things, validating with real data, and iterating—no alignment meetings or stakeholder syncs.
This role is distinctive because every paid click lands on pages you design, giving you direct visibility into real audience impact early in your career. The role can grow into leading web and brand design or into product design.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Portfolio demonstrating live sites with real traffic and a distinctive point of view (not mockups)
- Proven ability to carry a brand identity across a full website and articulate how each page expresses it
- Strong thinking in hierarchy, flows, and clarity; demonstrated ability to improve usability, not just aesthetics
- Daily use of AI tools for ideation, copy, imagery, and code
- Ability to ship end-to-end in Next.js, React, and Tailwind using Cursor or Claude Code, from design to live with minimal handoff (90% of work)
PREFERRED:
- Experience running or partnering on A/B tests; comfort reading PostHog or Google Analytics
- Skills in motion design (Lottie, Rive), illustration, or 3D
- Background building design systems for marketing sites or working on B2B SaaS or AI-native websites
NOT A FIT:
- Web work limited to safe SaaS grey (no imagery, no point of view)
- Portfolio focused on test results rather than design
- Brand design experience without shipping live pages
