Terra Security is an AI-native offensive security company building agentic pentesting that runs continuously to find exploitable vulnerabilities and help security teams close them before attackers strike. They're hiring an in-house Creative Producer (Brand Designer) to transform how cybersecurity is marketed—moving beyond stock padlock imagery to cinematic, compelling storytelling.
You'll produce content that stops people mid-scroll: short videos, launch films, event content, podcast episodes, motion pieces, campaign assets, founder content, and customer war stories. You'll work directly with marketing, founders, researchers, and customers, owning the full lifecycle from concept and shot list through shoot, edit, and delivery. You'll sometimes direct, sometimes operate as a one-person crew, and sometimes wrangle freelancers and AI tools to punch above your weight class. You won't execute handed briefs—you'll be asked what you'd make, what you need, and how fast you can ship it.
The role is fully remote, US-based, with optional gravity in NYC, Boston, Florida, and San Francisco. Travel is 10–20% for shoots, events, and occasional in-person collaboration. You'll have autonomy to pitch ideas, experiment with emerging tools, and move fast in a scrappy, founder-led environment.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3–5 years into your career with at least 2 years as a Brand Designer
- Portfolio demonstrating strong creative work (portfolio is the primary evaluation criterion)
- Ability to operate cameras, direct talent, edit, and finish work independently
- Experience using AI tools in production with informed opinions on what actually works
- Technical fluency when it helps; ability to step back when it doesn't
- Comfort saying yes to unconventional ideas and figuring out execution
- No prior cybersecurity knowledge required, but willingness to learn the domain quickly
- US-based residency required
