Conduct is building an AI operating system for the enterprise, enabling large companies to move at the speed of their ideas rather than legacy systems. You will join as a Founding Brand Designer to lead the visual expression of Conduct's brand across all audiences—from the website and customer conferences to billboards, social media, and customer testimonial videos.
You will evolve and expand Conduct's recent rebrand, stewarding visual identity across every format through templates and an interactive brand book. You'll partner with founders, marketing, and engineers to turn complex technology into clear, compelling visual stories. Your responsibilities include:
- Building scalable systems for product storytelling in imagery and motion
- Designing hands-on across website, social media, billboards, booths, and customer conference environments
- Leading creative direction of photo, video, and 3D production, including customer testimonial videos
- Briefing and directing agencies, printers, and freelancers to extend capacity
- Collaborating with the broader marketing and comms team (PR, socials, community, employer brand, brand strategy, field marketing, events, product marketing, partnerships)
- Staying responsive to go-to-market needs and maintaining close alignment with product design
- Keeping the brand cutting edge and fresh, including thoughtful use of AI in creative workflows
Conduct has recently closed a $60M Series A and already serves major enterprises. The team is small, talent-dense, and operates from London and NYC with extreme ownership, high velocity, and low-ego collaboration. Visa sponsorship is available.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Portfolio demonstrating exceptional taste, range, and a strong point of view
- Experience building brand identity and design systems
- Experience leading integrated design across digital, motion, print, and events
- Proven ideation skills: new concepts and directions, not just polished execution
- Comfort designing hands-on at speed in a fast-growing startup with high standards of excellence
PLUS (preferred):
- Experience directing agencies, contractors, and freelancers alongside in-house teams
- Track record of operating independently and prioritizing across concurrent projects
- Experience bringing clarity to complex, ambiguous projects
- Ongoing AI skill development and demonstrated ability to use AI tools in creative workflows
- Experience designing cutting-edge brands that explain complex, advanced technology to enterprise and AI audiences
- Comfort working with engineers and founders, with genuine conviction about Conduct's problem
