As an Associate Technical Project Manager, you will drive cross-functional projects from planning through execution, working closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, and other teams. You will coordinate priorities, manage timelines, remove blockers, and ensure successful project delivery. This role suits proactive, organized, technically-minded individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing cross-functional projects end-to-end with focus on timely delivery
- Coordinating with Product, Engineering, Operations, and stakeholders to align priorities and track progress
- Developing project plans, managing timelines, tracking milestones, and identifying dependencies
- Proactively identifying blockers, resolving challenges, and escalating risks
- Monitoring project performance, maintaining documentation, and providing clear status updates
- Leveraging AI and automation to streamline project management workflows and improve reporting
- Driving AI adoption by identifying opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and integrate AI into workflows
- Identifying process improvement opportunities and driving operational efficiency
- Supporting product launches, system implementations, and strategic initiatives

Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in project management, program management, operations, or related field
- Proven ability to independently manage multiple projects and deliver results
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience working across technical and nontechnical teams
- Ability to manage competing priorities and thrive in fast-paced environments
- Comfortable working with technical systems, APIs, data, and new technologies
- AI-first mindset with hands-on experience using AI tools to solve problems, automate workflows, analyze information, and improve productivity
- Proactive mindset with strong ownership, attention to detail, and ability to drive projects forward
Bonus qualifications:
- Experience in telecommunications, cloud communications, SaaS, or API-driven platforms
- Familiarity with Telnyx products, APIs, or communications infrastructure
- Experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Linear, Monday.com)
- Experience with SQL, Looker, Tableau, or similar analytics tools
- Experience building AI-powered workflows or automations using scripts, APIs, or no-code tools
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and process improvement practices
- Experience coordinating product launches, technical integrations, or operational initiatives
