Salary: USD 177,850 - 279,385 / annual
Conga is a commercial operations platform that unifies pricing, quoting, contracting, rebates, and communications for enterprise customers. The company serves over 10,000 customers worldwide, including more than 50% of the Fortune 100.
As Associate Principal Solution Architect, you will be responsible for developing and delivering highly configurable and customized applications using Conga Products and Platform for enterprise customers. You will lead end-to-end Quote-to-Cash (QTC) implementations and enhancements, working with complex enterprise ecosystems to optimize revenue lifecycle processes, enhance operational efficiency, and reduce costs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and architecting robust, scalable, secure, and high-performance technical solutions aligned with enterprise architecture principles and industry best practices
- Conducting Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ), and QTC assessments for legacy systems
- Ensuring seamless CRM/ERP integrations across upstream and downstream systems
- Developing and customizing solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, JavaScript, and C#
- Building and maintaining REST and SOAP API integrations for data exchange, orchestration, and workflow automation between Salesforce and external enterprise systems
- Performing code reviews to enforce best practices and maintain high-quality deliverables
- Managing project delivery using Jira for sprint planning and issue tracking
- Maintaining architecture and technical design documentation in Confluence
- Ensuring compliance with standards including GDPR, FINRA, and HIPAA
- Collaborating with sales teams and customers to define solutions, scope work, and create Statements of Work
- Working with data architecture, including mapping and loading
This is a 100% remote position reporting to the Director of Professional Services, with a primary reporting location in Houston.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible experience delivering business transformation across enterprise environments
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, JavaScript, and .NET (C#)
- Expertise in Quote-to-Cash (QTC) implementations and enhancements
- Strong knowledge of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ) systems
- Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, JavaScript, and C#
- Experience building REST and SOAP API integrations
- Familiarity with version control using Git and Bitbucket
- Experience with Jira and Confluence
- Knowledge of GDPR, FINRA, and HIPAA compliance standards
- Ability to conduct technical assessments and design enterprise solutions
