Salary: INR 2,320,000 - 2,610,000 / annual
HackerOne, a global leader in Continuous Threat Exposure Management (CTEM), is seeking an Applications Engineer for its Go-to-Market Operations team in Pune, India. This is a hands-on technical role focused on designing, building, and supporting the systems that power HackerOne's GTM operations.
You will work primarily within the Salesforce ecosystem, developing and maintaining Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, and related applications. A key part of your responsibility involves building and supporting integrations across tools like Luminance, Slack, Marketo, 6sense, and data enrichment platforms using APIs and automation platforms such as Workato. You'll apply an AI-Native mindset to identify and implement automation opportunities that reduce manual work and improve accuracy in revenue processes.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Configuring and supporting Salesforce applications, executing technical builds that solve business problems while maintaining system reliability and data integrity
- Developing integrations across systems, troubleshooting integration issues, and resolving data flow problems with minimal escalation
- Identifying automation opportunities in collaboration with GTM and business stakeholders
- Managing system changes while maintaining stability and data integrity
- Performing root-cause analysis on system issues, creating documentation and playbooks for sustainable support
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, translate them into technical designs, and deliver solutions
- Supporting testing, deployment, and release cycles
You'll work on the UK shift in HackerOne's new Pune office, which operates on a hybrid-by-design model with in-person collaboration as a core value. The role is fully integrated into HackerOne's global team, contributing to a dynamic, purpose-driven culture.

REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in Salesforce or GTM systems engineering, administration, or development roles
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, and platform automation (Flows, Apex, SOQL, Workato, or equivalent)
- Experience building and maintaining GTM system integrations across tools such as Luminance, Slack, Marketo, 6sense, or data enrichment platforms
- Strong understanding of data models and APIs in the context of sales, marketing, and customer success processes
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce Administrator or Platform Developer certification(s)
- Experience with workflow automation tools that improve efficiency and reduce manual effort
- Familiarity with modern data visualization or analytics tools (e.g., Looker)
- Exposure to REST APIs, middleware, or integration frameworks such as Workato or Fivetran
