Skydropx is innovating logistics through a visionary, growth-oriented, multicultural team. This Data Analyst role focuses on building data intelligence for the business through analyses, dashboards, and KPIs that support commercial and operational decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Structure, analyze, and interpret large volumes of data, transforming information into actionable insights for B2B business decisions.
- Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports in Looker Studio for Commercial, CRM, Product, and Operations teams.
- Support definition, construction, and monitoring of metrics, KPIs, and management views.
- Conduct exploratory and ad hoc analyses on customer behavior, products, channels, and logistics performance.
- Automate reports and analysis processes using SQL and Python.
- Identify improvement opportunities in processes, pricing, and operational performance to support data-driven decision-making.
- Validate data quality, consistency, and reliability used in analyses and reports.
- Collaborate with Data, Engineering, Product, and Business teams on database and analytical view evolution.
- Present analyses and insights clearly using appropriate visualizations and storytelling for different audiences.
- Support business areas in data interpretation and transformation of analyses into practical recommendations.
- Work hands-on in building and evolving data analysis solutions, prioritizing demands based on business needs.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in data analysis, BI, or related fields.
- Experience with BigQuery and relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server).
- Intermediate to advanced SQL knowledge, including complex joins, CTEs, window functions, and basic query optimization.
- Experience with Looker Studio and Business Intelligence tools.
- Python proficiency for data analysis and report automation (Polars, Pandas, NumPy libraries).
- Knowledge of descriptive and inferential statistics and data modeling concepts.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Analytical and structured thinking with business orientation.
- Strong communication and ability to translate data and analyses into practical recommendations.
- Hands-on, autonomous profile with prioritization capability.
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Data Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
Desirable:
- Experience in logistics for e-commerce, e-commerce platforms, or supply chain.
- Knowledge of CRM, sales funnel, segmentation, and customer analysis.
- Familiarity with pricing models, demand elasticity, and logistics performance analysis.
- Experience with other BI tools (Power BI, Kibana).
- Postgraduate degree or specialization in Data Analytics, Data Science, or Business Intelligence.
- Advanced or fluent Spanish for interaction with teams and stakeholders in other countries.
