As a Credit Analyst, you will join the credit team with responsibility for conducting careful and strategic analyses for both Atrato's clients and the company itself. You will evaluate credit applications from Atrato's growing national merchant network, who are key to distributing the financing product. Key responsibilities include: - Reviewing and validating information from credit applications - Analyzing customer credit reports and calculating repayment capacity - Reporting irregularities or fraud promptly - Making credit decisions based on analysis - Conducting detailed reviews of official documents and fraud detection - Executing processes efficiently to maintain operational productivity - Collaborating with the credit team and other departments on operational changes and process execution Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or related field - Familiarity with credit analysis and related operational processes - Ability to understand and execute processes efficiently - Skill in analyzing credit reports (Buró de Crédito or Círculo de Crédito), calculating repayment capacity, and detecting potential fraud - Precision in process execution, including validation of official documents - Excellent communication and teamwork skills, essential for collaboration within an operational area and across departments - Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a dynamic, constantly changing environment - Commitment to compliance with all company information security policies and procedures
