Platform Science is an open IoT platform founded in 2015 that connects innovative fleets, app developers, vehicle manufacturers, and equipment suppliers in the transportation sector to deliver revolutionary solutions to supply chain professionals worldwide.
You will join as a Compliance and Governance Analyst (Mid Level) based in Londrina, Brazil, in a hybrid arrangement. Your primary responsibilities include:
• Supporting the review and dissemination of the Integrity Program across the organization
• Updating and maintaining compliance policies to reflect regulatory changes and best practices
• Conducting third-party due diligence assessments
• Structuring and facilitating corporate governance forums
• Strengthening the culture of integrity throughout the company
• Articulating actions across diverse business areas
• Supporting strategic decision-making by leadership on compliance and governance matters
Your role will be instrumental in building a robust compliance framework and ensuring the organization operates with transparency and integrity across all functions.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's degree in Law, Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields
• Advanced English proficiency (reading, writing, and conversation) — mandatory for interfacing with external teams, reading international regulations, participating in audits, and engaging with global stakeholders and clients
• Prior experience in Compliance, GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance), Internal Audit, or Internal Controls
• Knowledge of Anti-Corruption Law and corporate governance best practices
• Desirable: postgraduate degree, MBA, or certifications in Compliance, Corporate Governance, Risk Management, or Audit (e.g., ISO 19011 Internal Auditor certification)
• Desirable: experience or participation in integrity promotion programs such as Pró-Ética, Business Pact for Integrity and Against Corruption, or similar initiatives
• Desirable: familiarity with reference frameworks including ISO 27001, ISO 19011, ISO 31000, and/or COSO
• Desirable: experience in technology, telematics/telemetry, or regulated sectors
