Savvy is a Series C fintech company reinventing wealth management for independent financial advisors. The company operates as a registered investment advisor (RIA) that provides advisors with a modern, AI-native platform, eliminating manual work and enabling advisors to service up to 50% more households while saving 19 hours per week. With $200M raised, 170+ employees, and $100M ARR in sight, Savvy is the No. 1 fastest-growing financial services company in America (Inc., 2026). You will join the Platform Services team as an AI Strategy & Operations Manager, reporting to the Senior AI Strategy & Ops Manager. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role offering broad exposure to operations, client servicing, finance, and product. You will help own the operating rhythm and planning that keep Platform Services on track while leading projects across the business. Key responsibilities include: - Running the Platform Services operating rhythm: weekly reviews, KR tracking, quarterly and annual planning, and follow-through on action items. You'll own planning logistics end to end, including headcount templates, capacity models, KR tracking, and keeping planning docs on schedule. - Leading projects end to end—scoping, stakeholder alignment, execution, and iteration—with support from your manager. You'll partner with Advisor Success leaders to improve workflows, SOPs, documentation, and enablement for frontline teams. You'll break down ambiguous problems into clear workstreams, timelines, and owners. - Driving process improvement and automation by working AI-first to find manual, repetitive work and partnering with Ops and Engineering to automate or simplify it before adding headcount. You'll track adoption of new tools and processes and use feedback loops to keep improving them. - Building analyses and simple models (capacity, workload, ROI) to inform prioritization and resourcing decisions. You'll maintain core metrics and reporting so teams can track progress and spot risks early. This role is execution-heavy: one week you might be running quarterly planning, the next building a capacity model, and the next redesigning a workflow. If successful, you'll have helped Savvy grow capacity through smart systems and automation rather than headcount alone. REQUIREMENTS: Must have: - 2–4 years of experience in business operations, strategy & operations, management consulting, investment banking, or a similarly rigorous analytical role - Experience in a high-growth startup or another high-ownership setting where you wore multiple hats - Strong project management skills; ability to keep multiple workstreams moving with minimal oversight and follow through on details - Structured, analytical problem-solving; comfort with imperfect information and ability to turn messy inputs into clear recommendations - Clear written and verbal communication; ability to write crisp docs and keep stakeholders informed - Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT/Claude, automation tools) to speed up research, analysis, and workflows - Strong spreadsheet and modeling skills - High ownership and low ego; willingness to roll up sleeves, take responsibility, and care more about outcomes than credit - Comfort in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities and multiple deadlines Nice to have: - Exposure to wealth management financial services operations - Experience building or improving SOPs, process documentation, or enablement materials for frontline or client-facing teams
