Join a dynamic neobanking and electronic money services company as an AI Prompt Engineer. You will lead the development and implementation of AI automation solutions that drive real business impact across the organization. This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of fintech and AI innovation, creating and optimizing AI prompts, agents, and LLM-based solutions tailored to specific business needs.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing AI automation solutions for real business processes, creating and optimizing prompts and AI agents for specific use cases, and testing new AI models to identify effective applications. Key responsibilities include identifying processes ripe for automation, integrating AI tools with internal systems and workflows, and automating routine processes across Operations, Sales, Support, Compliance, and other departments. You will build prototypes, validate them in practice, and scale successful solutions into fully operational processes. Additionally, you will stay current with the latest AI developments and introduce tools that deliver measurable business value.
The role emphasizes innovation and practical problem-solving. You'll work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to turn ideas into working solutions, leveraging APIs, automation platforms, and no-code/low-code tools. REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years of practical experience in AI, Prompt Engineering, AI Automation, or related technical field
- Practical experience working with AI tools, LLMs, and prompt engineering
- Experience building AI automations, AI agents, or AI-powered workflows
- Ability to independently identify business processes for automation and turn ideas into working AI solutions
- Fluency in English and Russian
- Fintech experience
- Strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Proactive, self-motivated, and well-organized
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and processes
PLUS (not required):
- Experience with APIs, automation platforms, and no-code/low-code tools
- Experience with Python or other programming languages
