In this role, you will help shape the legal foundation of a fast-growing AI company. You'll partner closely with Sales and GTM teams to structure and close complex enterprise deals while building the systems that make contracting faster and more scalable. You'll design templates, playbooks, and processes that enable the company to grow responsibly. You'll also guide privacy and data protection in customer relationships, ensuring trust as the business scales.

The team works fully in-person between the Palo Alto headquarters and San Francisco office. REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of commercial contracting experience
- Comfortable owning enterprise SaaS negotiations
- Ability to advise business partners directly
- Sound judgment and curiosity about AI
- Collaborative style that helps teams move quickly without cutting corners
- Excitement about building the legal function early and shaping how it supports company growth
