Blockchain.com, a leading global cryptocurrency platform with 90+ million wallet holders, is seeking an experienced Stock Plan Administrator to manage equity programs during a critical growth phase, including potential transition to public company status. You will own day-to-day administration of the company's global equity plan (stock options, RSUs) on the Carta platform, processing all equity transactions including grants, exercises, cancellations, and vesting events with precision. A core responsibility is leading equity administration aspects of the company's private-to-public transition, developing and implementing public company processes such as trading window administration, pre-clearance procedures, and 10b5-1 trading plan support. You'll serve as the primary stakeholder contact for equity questions, collaborate across Legal, HR, and Finance to ensure seamless data flow for payroll, tax withholding, and ASC 718 accounting, and prepare equity data for internal and external reporting including SEC filings (S-1, 10-K, Proxy Statements) and Section 16 reporting. You will partner with transfer agents, outside counsel, and vendors to build robust public company stock administration infrastructure, develop employee educational materials on equity value, and ensure compliance with domestic and international securities laws. Required: 5-8 years direct stock plan administration experience, with crucial experience managing equity plans through private-to-public transitions (IPO, SPAC, or direct listing). Deep expertise with Carta platform, strong knowledge of public company equity administration (SEC regulations, Section 16, Rule 144, 10b5-1 plans), familiarity with ASC 718 accounting and tax implications, proven cross-functional collaboration in fast-paced environments, exceptional attention to detail, and advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency. Certified Equity Professional (CEP) designation strongly preferred.
