In this Senior Technical Consultant role, you will work on Terafina implementation projects, configuring, building customizations, and integrations to solve customer requirements within product boundaries. You will be part of an implementation team consisting of team leads, Salesforce developers, UI developers, QA, and business analysts, working collaboratively to deliver according to project plans.
Key responsibilities include:
- Participate in customer and partner interactions throughout projects for requirements gathering, solutioning, integrations, sprint reviews, UAT fixes and management, live cutover, and transition support
- Train and guide freshly onboarded Salesforce developers on configurations, customizations, and integrations on Terafina
- Serve as a contact point for the Terafina support team, handling delivery issues reported by customers
- Work across distributed teams spanning the US and India
You will leverage your deep Salesforce expertise and banking domain knowledge to drive successful implementations and mentor junior team members.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 9–12 years of previous development experience, preferably in Salesforce
- Experience writing Apex classes and triggers, and Lightning Web Components
- Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Design System and SFDX
- Strong business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering, creating solutions, and deploying solutions to end users
- Technical project management experience
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication and data presentation skills, including ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
- Understanding of and experience with Salesforce architecture and API
- Experience using GitHub or other version control software
- Experience integrating Salesforce with other applications
- Experience with projects or products in the banking domain is preferred but not required
