As a Senior Technical Consultant, you will lead Terafina implementation projects, configuring, building customizations, and integrations to solve customer requirements within product boundaries. You will work as part of an implementation team consisting of team leads, Salesforce developers, UI developers, QA, and business analysts to deliver projects on schedule.
Key responsibilities include:
- Configure, customize, and integrate Terafina solutions to meet customer requirements
- Participate in customer and partner interactions throughout the project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solutioning, integrations, sprint reviews, UAT fixes, and live cutover support
- Train and mentor newly onboarded Salesforce developers on configurations, customizations, and integrations within Terafina
- Serve as the primary contact point for the Terafina support team, handling delivery issues reported by customers
- Collaborate across distributed teams spanning the US and India
Requirements:
- 9–12 years of development experience, preferably in Salesforce
- Proficiency writing Apex classes and triggers, and Lightning Web Components
- Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Design System and SFDX
- Strong business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering, solution creation, and deployment to end users
- Technical project management experience
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication and data presentation skills, with ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical teams
- Understanding of and experience with Salesforce architecture and APIs
- Experience using GitHub or other version control software
- Experience integrating Salesforce with other applications
- Experience with banking domain projects or products is preferred but not required
