Salary: USD 171,900 - 300,800 / annual
ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Manager of Product Design for its IT Asset Management portfolio within the Technology Workflows product line. This is a people-management role overseeing a design team while driving product strategy and user experience across enterprise IT solutions.
In this role, you will:
• Lead and mentor a design team, overseeing their work from concept through detailed mockups, prototypes, and behavior specifications
• Own a portfolio of products in Technology Workflows, collaborating closely with Product and Engineering from strategic planning through tactical execution
• Champion design thinking and develop experiences leveraging AI, Machine Learning, and Mobile technology to change how people work
• Conduct user needs assessments, task analysis, and develop user profiles; identify key research, competitive analysis, and testing priorities
• Develop high-level task flows, storyboards, and design documents to communicate concepts and vision across the organization
• Lead rapid iteration cycles on theoretical scenarios, navigation maps, flows, and state-transition diagrams to document design decisions
• Work with peers to ensure unified and cohesive experiences across the ServiceNow ecosystem
• Ensure relentless pursuit of UX perfection within an iterative, agile development environment

REQUIREMENTS:
Preferred Qualifications:
• 4+ years of experience managing people and/or leading design teams
• 9+ years of experience in UX Design and/or Interaction Design
• Enterprise product design experience in IT, Security Operations, Customer Service Management, Human Resources, Performance Analytics, or Consumer Brands
• Experience leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
• An inspiring portfolio representing your design process
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and technical problem-solving skills in multi-functional teams
• High initiative, good sense of humor, and a "make it work" ethos
Basic Qualifications:
• BA/BS degree or higher in Design, Design Communication, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent education/experience in related fields
• Experience participating in the complete product development lifecycle of web and/or software applications
• Experience in user experience design or industry experience (corporate, software, web, or agency)
