Salary: USD 133,000 - 156,000 / annual

In this role, you will report to the Senior Manager of Solutions Architecture and lead customer onboarding and technical delivery across Checkr's Guided API and partner integration programs. You will own a high volume of Guided API implementations end-to-end, from initial technical kickoff through successful go-live. You will deploy repeatable Workday integration patterns and provide technical guidance and optimization support to existing customers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and executing high-volume Guided API customer implementations end-to-end
- Delivering Workday and other partner integrations using established, repeatable implementation frameworks and best practices
- Providing responsive technical guidance, troubleshooting, and optimization support for existing customers and Customer Success Managers
- Executing data queries and analyzing payloads to validate system configurations, troubleshoot integration issues, and confirm solution integrity
- Identifying, documenting, and escalating complex, non-standard, or high-risk architectural challenges to senior Solutions Architects and Engineering
- Contributing to continuous improvement of implementation runbooks, developer documentation, and standard operating procedures
You will partner closely with Customer Success, Customer Support Engineering, Product, and Engineering teams to accelerate time-to-value for customers and drive scalable platform adoption.
Checkr operates hub locations in Denver, CO; San Francisco, CA; Nashville, TN; and Santiago, Chile. Individuals are expected to work from the office 3+ days per week. In-office perks include lunch five times a week, a commuter stipend, and snacks/beverages. A relocation stipend may be available for those willing to relocate to a hub location.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 4+ years of experience in technical consulting, solutions engineering, implementation, or customer-facing technical delivery role
- Strong technical grasp of RESTful APIs, webhooks, JSON, and hosted versus embedded/self-hosted integration architectures
- Proven hands-on experience supporting or delivering HRIS, HCM, or ATS integrations (e.g., Workday)
- Demonstrated ability to write and run basic-to-moderate data queries to troubleshoot issues and validate technical workflows
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities with a track record of managing high volume of concurrent implementations without sacrificing quality or timeline commitments
- A-player mindset with strong bias for action: raises the bar, moves with urgency, stays resilient through ambiguity, takes ownership to deliver meaningful outcomes
