SalesPatriot is a YC W25 company (top 5% growth in batch) building an AI-native platform to modernize aerospace, electronics, industrial, and defense supply-chain operations. The company has raised $10M+ from investors including Paul Graham, SV Angel, Pear VC, and CRV, and operates with a team of 20 co-living in Warsaw and SF Hacker Houses. The platform processes ~$50M per week in transactions and replaces legacy 1980s systems (email, Excel, disconnected ERPs) with autonomous quoting, procurement, and visibility tools.
You'll join the Warsaw engineering team building full-stack features on the product customers use daily for quoting and purchasing. You'll ship real features from your first week, with senior engineers reviewing your work and involving you in design decisions. The role is full-time, in-person in the Warsaw office, Monday to Friday, 9–5. You'll work across the stack using Svelte, TypeScript, and Postgres, building features end-to-end from schema to UI. Expect up to one week of international travel per quarter to SF HQ or customer sites.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years building full-stack products
- Portfolio demonstrating shipped work (GitHub repo, live web app, or Loom walkthrough)
- Strong TypeScript and at least one frontend framework (React, Svelte, Next, etc.)
- Comfortable writing SQL, not just calling an ORM
- Daily use of AI coding tools and understanding of their limitations
- Fluent English
- Comfortable working for founders in their early twenties
- Hackathons, meetups, or public speaking experience is a plus
- Low ego, curious, fast learner
