Salary: CAD 135,000 - 160,000 / annual

As a Software Engineer in Partner Engineering, you will play a pivotal role in shaping technical solutions that directly impact Liftoff's top-tier partners. This is a hands-on role bridging engineering, product, and partner teams to deliver practical, scalable solutions in the fast-evolving mobile ecosystem.
Key responsibilities include: building deep technical expertise in Liftoff products to maximize customer impact; translating complex business requirements into high-impact, scalable technical solutions; owning the end-to-end technical lifecycle for partner integrations from onboarding through maintenance; innovating by refining tools and products based on direct customer feedback; identifying and resolving reported issues with automated prevention solutions; collaborating across teams for seamless partner experiences; and fostering engineering excellence through design, testing, and code review.
Required qualifications: 5+ years of related experience (adtech experience preferred); Bachelor's degree (Computer Science or Data/Analytics preferred); proficiency in at least one programming language (Golang, Python, JavaScript, or Java); strong SQL and big data analysis skills; customer empathy and problem-solving passion; strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities; clear communication with customer-focused mindset; self-motivated and collaborative approach; and curiosity and enthusiasm for tackling challenges.
