Suno is building the world's first creative entertainment platform for music creation, backed by leading investors including Bond Capital, Menlo Ventures, Lightspeed Venture Partners, and NVIDIA Ventures. The company is the fastest-growing consumer entertainment company and leader in AI music, with users ranging from casual creators to Grammy winners.
You will join the AI Operations Engineering team to own direction and architecture on internal tools and systems. Your focus will be unlocking growth across operations areas including music ops, support, legal, finance, and beyond through workflows, tooling, and intelligent agents.
Key responsibilities:
- Build agents, workflows, and custom tools that enable non-engineering teams to handle more work without adding headcount
- Evaluate and integrate third-party tools, making strategic decisions on build vs. buy
- Contribute to and empower stakeholders on the self-service app deployment platform
- Design and implement new patterns for internal APIs, authentication, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) building, extending beyond the Django monolith
- Integrate and scale customer experience systems built around third-party platforms like Zendesk
- Partner with customer experience, legal, finance, people, and content ops teams to identify and solve new challenges
The role operates in a fast-paced, early-stage 0→1 environment where the problem space is still being defined. You'll work 5 days per week from the Boston office.
Requirements:
Must-haves: 2+ years of full-stack software engineering experience; track record of building, maintaining, and supporting internal tooling or systems that streamline engineering or business operations; eagerness to learn and share agentic coding best practices and tools; ability to thrive in early-stage environments where problems are still being defined.
Nice-to-haves: Experience with agent frameworks (e.g., LangGraph) and eval or observability tooling (e.g., LangSmith, Braintrust); familiarity with support tooling, CRM systems, or workflow automation platforms.
