- Making builds and tests faster and more reliable; troubleshooting CI/CD failures
- Improving Kubernetes tooling to enable product teams to make routine application changes independently
- Developing catalog entries, templates, and plugins for the Backstage developer portal
- Supporting releases through Kargo and improving release automation
- Joining the team's support rotation to help engineers, document solutions, and convert recurring problems into tooling improvements
- Participating in code reviews and technical discussions
The tech stack includes TypeScript, React, Node.js, Docker containers running on Kubernetes in Google Cloud Platform. You'll receive guidance from Senior and Staff engineers as you own scoped improvements from investigation through rollout.

- Programming experience in TypeScript or JavaScript, plus Go or Python
- Comfort with shell scripting and the command line
- Working knowledge of Git and CI/CD concepts

- Clear communication and strong collaboration skills
- Alignment with Ironclad's values: drive, intent, integrity, and empathy
