Salary: EUR 49,000 - 64,000 / annual
OneStream Software delivers a unified Corporate Performance Management (CPM) platform designed to meet the complex financial, operational, and analytical needs of large enterprises. The platform operates at enterprise scale, supporting mission-critical workloads for the Office of the CFO across highly regulated industries.
The OneStream platform is built on a sophisticated technology stack including distributed, multi-threaded services, OLAP and multidimensional data models, modern web frameworks, SQL-based persistence, and increasingly cloud-native, SaaS-oriented architecture on Microsoft Azure.
As a Software Engineer I, you will design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software components within OneStream solutions. You will own assigned features through the full software development lifecycle, collaborating with senior engineers, Product, and Quality Assurance teams. Your responsibilities include developing user interfaces, APIs, and data access logic; participating in code reviews; and assisting in diagnosing and resolving defects and production issues to ensure reliable, high-performing solutions and positive customer experience.
Success in this role is measured by code quality, reliability, learning velocity, and the ability to deliver well-scoped features safely and predictably. Regular travel is not expected for this position.
