In this Fullstack Software Engineer role, you will collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional partners to build impactful end-to-end product features. You'll lead projects from early design through implementation, delivery, and iteration, helping shape technical systems, internal tools, and engineering practices as the team scales. You'll balance speed and quality, making pragmatic decisions while maintaining long-term maintainability, and support and mentor teammates to foster a collaborative and inclusive engineering culture.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Deep experience in either Frontend (JavaScript, React/React Native) or Backend (Python), with demonstrated ability to work effectively across the stack
- Experience leading projects or owning product areas end-to-end
- Strong product intuition and ability to translate user needs into technical solutions
- Clear communicator who collaborates well across disciplines
- Interest in helping grow both systems and people on a mission-driven team
