You will join the Engineering team based in Europe as a Senior Software Engineer focused on Golang development. The Engineering team is responsible for building and shipping core business products efficiently, architecting solutions around provisioning, configuration, CI/CD, monitoring, SLA, performance, and uptime. The platform processes millions of transactions monthly and interconnects hundreds of partners worldwide.
In this role, you will work on highly available, API-exposed services, participate in design and implementation of new products for internal and external stakeholders, and deliver high-quality, testable, secure, scalable, and well-documented software. You will champion agile methodology practices including code reviews, sprint planning, pair programming, and daily stand-ups. You will also evaluate new technologies and initiatives to support the platform's continued growth and scalability.

Requirements:
- Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (preferred)
- Proficiency in Golang
- Experience with Event-Driven Architecture and message brokers (AWS SNS/SQS, Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ)
- Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL)
- Demonstrated passion for Agile Methodology and practices (TDD, CI/CD)
- Experience designing and developing web and API solutions
- Interest in the Fintech industry and market innovations
- Motivated, curious mindset with appetite for learning
