Join a global AI-powered legal technology company as a Senior Software Engineer. You will design, build, and maintain mission-critical eDiscovery software used by legal teams worldwide. This is a hands-on engineering role where you own features from concept to production, leveraging modern AI development tools while maintaining high standards of quality, reliability, and accountability.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Design and implement features in .NET/C# services backed by PostgreSQL, writing automated tests
- Investigate and resolve production issues, tracing problems through the full stack
- Use AI tooling daily for code generation, review, testing, and debugging, verifying output before shipping
- Mentor junior engineers on responsible and effective use of AI in software development
- Contribute to design discussions and code reviews to maintain codebase health
The company helps law firms, corporations, and government agencies navigate complex litigation, compliance, investigation, and data management challenges through innovative technology and specialized professional services.
Work Arrangement: Onsite during the first 1–2 weeks of onboarding. After this period, the position is remote with availability to work from the Mexico City office whenever needed.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in .NET/C#
- Solid PostgreSQL experience, including schema design and query performance
- Experience building and supporting scalable systems
- Strong habit of automated testing
- Experience owning production systems: debugging, resolving, and learning from live incidents
- Daily fluency with AI development tooling, paired with judgment to verify and take responsibility for output
- Strong written and spoken communication suited to distributed teams working across time zones
