Standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most employees have the option to work from home on Wednesdays, with Friday work-from-home eligibility depending on work type and team partnerships. Requirements: - 2+ years of professional software engineering experience shipping production code in modern distributed architectures, web services, or data-intensive systems - Strong command of software design fundamentals, testing practices, and data structures - Experience or curiosity in working with LLMs, prompt pipelines, vector databases, or agentic frameworks - Demonstrated ability to take a technical specification, evaluate trade-offs, seek feedback on risky or complex changes early, and ship to production with minimal oversight - High bar for code health, writing well-structured, maintainable, and self-documenting code with comprehensive test plans and logical PR breakdowns - Experience collaborating closely with Product Managers, Designers, Data Scientists, and fellow engineers while communicating progress clearly and surfacing blockers early - Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with willingness to learn and leverage them to enhance productivity, collaboration, or decision-making
