Factorial is building AI-powered Business Management Software that centralizes workflows across HR, Finance, Talent, Operations, and IT. The Infrastructure Team's mission is to keep the Factorial application running 24/7 while ensuring performance, scalability, and security, and researching improvements to enable Product Engineers to develop new use cases.
As a Staff Site Reliability Engineer, you will lead technical discussions and provide guidance to junior engineers on best practices and coding standards. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful feature delivery, identify and troubleshoot software defects, and implement effective solutions. You will be product-centric, taking ownership of big initiatives and focusing on outcomes, not just outputs. You'll work with team members to establish goals and plan quarterly roadmaps with attention to technical domain needs. Code review, receiving feedback on your own code, and learning from the entire team are core parts of the role. You'll share knowledge through RFCs, pairing sessions, mentoring programs, and monthly Tech All Hands presentations.
