UiPath is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join a central platform engineering team responsible for organization-wide engineering services and infrastructure. In this role, you will work alongside engineers and product managers to design and deliver scalable systems that support the broader engineering organization.
Key responsibilities include:
- Design and build Kubernetes infrastructure with continuously reconciled systems, contributing both imperative and declarative code
- Improve and innovate CI/CD processes across the engineering organization
- Enhance observability and propose enforcement mechanisms for best practices
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify business goals and technical requirements, implementing solutions to maximize automation and efficiency
- Bring community best practices and agile software development methodologies to the team
- Mentor and guide other engineers on infrastructure and platform concerns

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related discipline
- Strong fundamental understanding of Computer Science principles
- Programming knowledge in one or more object-oriented languages (C#, C++, Java preferred)
- Experience from multi-person projects, including open-source contributions
- Ability to learn unfamiliar systems and form understanding quickly
- Inclination towards best practices and community trends
- Humility and desire to learn
- Bonus: Experience with Kubernetes and/or Golang
