Salary: USD 100,000 - 125,000 / annual
Precision for Medicine is seeking a Senior Research Scientist to join its Real World Evidence (RWE) team. In this fully remote role, you will serve as an analytics expert on cross-functional projects, designing and executing real-world studies that improve healthcare outcomes in the pharmacy and biotech space.
Key responsibilities include:
- Design and conduct real-world evidence studies, including data feasibility assessments
- Develop study protocols and analysis plans
- Perform analyses of primary and secondary data independently
- Create analytic datasets and generate comprehensive study reports
- Present findings and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders
- Anticipate client needs and identify implementation considerations
- Contribute thought leadership and problem-solving expertise to the team
You will work with a dynamic team of industry-leading professionals in health economics and outcomes research (HEOR), operating as a data expert and thought leader who can guide study direction and communicate complex analyses to diverse audiences.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 4–6+ years of experience conducting real-world evidence studies
- Master's degree in health services research, health economics, public policy, health policy, epidemiology, biostatistics, or public health
- Proficiency in SAS or R
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a diverse team
- Understanding of financial performance and project economics
HELPFUL EXPERIENCE:
- PhD in a related field (health services research, health economics, public policy, health policy, epidemiology, biostatistics, or public health)
- Willingness to learn and share knowledge
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
