Gong is seeking a Senior Product Designer to drive user experience and design for a key product area within their Revenue AI Operating System. You will own end-to-end design processes—from ideation and wireframes through high-fidelity designs—while championing user-centered design principles across the product lifecycle. You'll help shape Gong's UI pattern libraries and design guidelines, creating intuitive, scalable, and impactful product experiences.
In this role, you will research and deeply understand complex user problems in B2B SaaS environments, transforming complicated workflows into elegant, simple solutions. You'll balance strategic thinking with attention to detail while designing flows and interfaces, collaborating closely with Product Managers and Engineers to bring ideas to life. Using prototyping, user research, and testing methodologies, you'll validate and improve solutions that influence how revenue teams worldwide work more productively.
Your impact will be significant: creating exceptional UX experiences that turn users into loyal advocates, influencing products used by more than 4,500 companies globally, and helping build innovative AI-powered experiences that drive measurable business outcomes. You'll be part of Gong's "Own. Solve. Impact." culture, where empowered teams work closely with customers to iterate toward great solutions and drive them toward success.
