Aligned is an AI-powered Digital Sales Room that helps revenue teams manage deal complexity by consolidating email, links, and files into a single collaborative workspace. The company serves 1,000+ paying customers and 1M+ monthly buyers, with customers including Deel, SimilarWeb, ServiceNow, and Intel. The product uses AI agents to enable internal selling, stakeholder discovery, buying signal tracking, and playbook adherence—all without requiring buyer login.
In this role, you will own product design end-to-end: discovery, research, interaction flows, high-fidelity visuals, prototyping, developer handoff, QA, launch, and iteration. You'll run 2–3 design workstreams in parallel while maintaining craft quality and speed. You'll integrate AI tools throughout your workflow—research synthesis, ideation, copy, prototyping, and spec writing—to compress design cycles without sacrificing quality.
You'll contribute to and evolve the design system, documenting new patterns and leaving it stronger than you found it. Close partnership with product and engineering is essential: you'll collaborate on problem framing, trade-offs, feasibility, and pixel-level handoff. You'll hold the UX quality bar across every shipped screen, owning small details as part of your responsibility. Async documentation and team-first process discipline are critical in this remote-first environment.
You bring 5+ years of product design experience, ideally in B2B SaaS and fast-moving startups. Your portfolio demonstrates high-quality craft, attention to detail, and thoughtful interaction design. You've owned design initiatives end-to-end and can connect design decisions to user needs, business goals, and product outcomes. You're comfortable with user research, product data, dashboards, and competitive analysis. You work fast and pragmatically across parallel initiatives, focusing effort where it matters most. AI tools are native to your workflow. You communicate clearly in writing, collaborate openly, and thrive in a transparent, ownership-driven culture.
