ShopMy is a unicorn marketplace ($1.5B valuation, backed by Bessemer, Avenir, Bain Capital) transforming e-commerce through human-led curation at scale. The platform enables creators to discover brands, build storefronts, earn commissions, and grow audiences while helping brands run performance-driven creator programs.
You will own the creator-facing product experience end-to-end, including onboarding, storefronts, affiliate tools, earnings dashboards, discovery, and daily creator workflows. This is a full-stack product role where you move from unclear signals (creator feedback, data, market intelligence) to shipped production features that change real behavior.
Key responsibilities:
- Own and ship key creator product surfaces; diagnose real problems from organizational noise (feedback, support tickets, usage data)
- Shape creative solutions with wireframes and concrete proposals that enable fast Engineering and Design execution
- Partner deeply with Engineering, Design, UXR, and Data to move from signal to shipped product at high velocity
- Define and own metrics reflecting creator value: engagement, earnings, retention, satisfaction
- Conduct creator research (office hours, interviews, data analysis) to build deep empathy
- Balance major roadmap bets against continuous iterative improvements
- Stay close through the final mile—you own how features actually behave, where they break, and how they perform
You are a full-stack builder who thinks in complete systems, can design flows, reason through architecture, and understand data movement. You arrive with rough wireframes and concrete proposals so teams can react and ship faster. You are creative, comfortable in ambiguity, and know when to open possibilities versus collapse them into shipped work. You are a sleuth who reads between the lines, applies trained judgment, and uncovers real problems worth solving rather than taking surface-level requests at face value.
