Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Manager of Supply Chain to lead supply chain operations for the Maritime Undersea Dominance product line at the Quonset facility. This is a strategic and hands-on role combining leadership with tactical execution in a fast-paced, growth-stage defense technology environment.
You will serve as the first local supply chain leader in Quonset, building out the function from the ground up while partnering with engineering, manufacturing, and sales teams. Key responsibilities include establishing a strategic sourcing and commodity management function, managing supplier relationships and negotiations with key partners, executing PO and inventory management, and overseeing planning, purchasing, and inventory workflows.
You will own supplier accountability, establish KPIs and quality metrics, and work closely with finance, accounting, and legal teams on supplier payments and contracting. The role requires deep technical knowledge across bills of materials, manufacturing processes, and supplier capabilities. You'll partner with Anduril's executive team on supply chain strategy and support ad-hoc initiatives as they arise.
The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of supply chain leadership in manufacturing, with demonstrated strength in team building and cross-functional collaboration. Experience in technical industries (aerospace, automotive, consumer electronics) is highly valued. You should be comfortable in unstructured environments, move quickly, and have startup experience. Knowledge of AS9100D guidelines is required. A bachelor's degree in a technical discipline is preferred. US security clearance eligibility is mandatory.
