EGYM, a global fitness technology leader, is seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer to drive end-to-end development of customer-facing online services. You will lead feature development from concept through implementation, with primary focus on high-performance web-based interfaces while maintaining architectural oversight across frontend, backend, and mobile ecosystems.
In this role, you will own customer-facing features across their full lifecycle, from UX testing to production. You'll provide technical leadership to the team, helping define the technical roadmap and system architecture. You'll facilitate engineering best practices within their monorepo setup and participate in Communities of Practice to drive platform wellness. You'll leverage AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate development and focus on high-level architectural challenges. You'll create complex user interfaces with deep focus on interaction design, clean code, and testability. Cross-functional collaboration is essential—you'll communicate across teams to unblock challenges and design scalable solutions across the EGYM ecosystem.

REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 7 years of hands-on frontend development experience operating professional web services
- Advanced knowledge of TypeScript and React; comfortable solving complex UI challenges
- Experience integrating APIs and managing application state using TanStack Query, Jotai, or similar modern state managers
- Backend literacy: ability to read and reason about Java/Go code, follow data flows across microservices, understand service boundaries and dependencies, navigate SQL database structures, and diagnose root causes of issues
- Experience with design systems and strong commitment to unit, integration, and end-to-end testing
- Solid understanding of CI pipelines and continuous delivery principles
- Bonus: experience with web-to-native bridges (Ionic, Capacitor, React Native)
