Enginy is a Barcelona-based AI-native GTM platform startup ranked #3 in Sifted 100: Southern Europe 2026. The company has raised a €5M seed round and is scaling internationally. The platform combines prospecting, enrichment, intent signals, AI research, and outreach into one product for B2B sales teams.
As a Senior Fullstack Engineer, you will have end-to-end ownership of meaningful features across the entire product stack. You'll work on high-throughput backend workflows, integrations, AI-powered features, and polished web experiences. The role involves shipping complete functionality from initial product conversations through production, with a focus on quality, reliability, and speed.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building end-to-end features across backend and frontend
- Developing scalable backend services, async workflows, and data pipelines using Temporal
- Creating production-grade APIs and integrations with CRMs, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Building responsive React + TypeScript web applications including dashboards, campaign builders, and reporting UIs
- Optimizing performance and maintaining observability across the stack
- Collaborating with Product and Design teams on scope and trade-offs
- Helping shape engineering practices, code quality, and architecture as the company scales

The hiring process focuses on realistic engineering work: an intro conversation, a short practical task based on a small version of the product (where AI tool use is encouraged), a technical/product conversation on realistic problems, and a final team fit conversation.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with real work on both backend and frontend
- Strong experience with TypeScript, Node.js, and React
- Solid understanding of modern API design, async workflows, and web architectures
- Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL or similar)
- Ability to work autonomously, debug complex issues, and ship high-quality code
- Strong communication skills and advanced English proficiency
- Bias for action and ownership; thrive in fast-moving startup environments
NICE TO HAVE:
- Familiarity with workflow engines (e.g., Temporal), distributed systems, or microservices
- Experience with Redis, Elasticsearch, Kafka, or third-party API integrations
- Knowledge of UI performance optimization or design systems
- CI/CD practice with GitHub Actions
- Experience in early-stage or fast-scaling startups
- Interest in B2B SaaS, sales tech, or automation tools
