Salary: USD 180,000 - 200,000 / annual

You will build and ship customer-facing features in React, Next.js, and TypeScript, working closely with design and product teams. You'll own the quality of the frontend, including performance, accessibility, and responsive behavior across devices. Your responsibilities include extending and maintaining component patterns as the product scales, using AI coding tools to prototype and iterate faster without compromising craft, contributing to the marketing site with fast and polished pages, and helping establish standards, tooling, and practices for frontend as the team grows.
The role offers real influence over product design, feel, and behavior, as well as technical decisions shaping frontend architecture. You'll partner naturally with design and product, sweating the small details that make interfaces feel effortless. The tech stack includes TypeScript, React, Next.js (Pages Router), Tailwind, shadcn/ui, SWR, Zod, react-hook-form, Storybook, Jest, Turborepo, GitHub, Slack, Notion, Figma, and Linear.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years building and shipping production web applications with deep React and TypeScript experience
- Passionately product-minded with ability to channel user perspective into interface decisions
- Uncompromising eye for detail; treat typography, spacing, motion, and micro-interactions as craft
- Comfortable owning frontend quality including performance, accessibility, and cross-device behavior
- Embrace AI coding tools and use them to move faster without sacrificing craft
- Strong communication with designers, product, and engineers; ability to balance tradeoffs to ship
BONUS: Design system or component library experience; hands-on experience with agentic coding tools (Claude Code, Codex); data-heavy interfaces or complex tables; motion and animation experience; high-performing marketing site experience; portfolio or work samples.
