Zopa Bank is hiring Senior BI Analysts to join either the Fraud & Financial Crime team or the Collections & Recoveries team. Both roles focus on using data, reporting, and automation to solve meaningful business problems across the bank.
In the Fraud & Financial Crime role, you will help protect Zopa and its customers by building data products that power smarter, faster controls. You'll create trusted management information (MI), scalable data models, and automated monitoring across fraud performance, transaction monitoring, screening, and operational controls. Your work will give teams the insight to spot emerging threats, improve customer outcomes, and meet regulatory expectations.
In the Collections & Recoveries role, you will deliver better outcomes for customers in financial difficulty through high-quality MI and operational performance insight. You'll partner closely with Collections, Operations, and Credit Strategy stakeholders to understand performance, improve reporting, and support data-led decision making.
Day-to-day responsibilities include: designing and building dashboards in Tableau or similar BI tools; using SQL to explore data and build structured datasets; partnering with stakeholders to translate business problems into analytical solutions; defining and documenting clear, trusted metrics; delivering recurring MI and self-serve reporting; collaborating with Analytics Engineering to design and improve core data models; and improving data quality and reporting standards.
