As a Senior Analytics Engineer, you will own the design, development, and optimization of data infrastructure and analytics systems that power insights across the platform. You'll work with large-scale datasets to build robust data pipelines, develop analytics frameworks, and create self-service analytics capabilities for internal stakeholders and customers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and implementing scalable data architectures and ETL/ELT pipelines
- Building analytics models and dashboards that drive product and business decisions
- Collaborating with product, engineering, and business teams to define metrics and KPIs
- Optimizing data warehouse performance and query efficiency
- Mentoring junior team members and establishing analytics best practices
- Evaluating and implementing new data tools and technologies
